SPINE ROAD (Main Road) Construction at 75%:

Current Works:

The spine road is now 75% complete. We are currently working on blinding and compaction to make the road motorable. Inverted drains and side slabs on the road are also 75% done, and road protection works like gabion boxes and gabion mattresses are 70% done.

Status:

Golf Course, construction in progress.

Current Works:

Grass planting on front nine is 100% complete. Irrigation is ongoing, to keep the grass healthy, lush and green. Grassing on hole 1 and 2 is continuing. Holes 4,5,6,7 and 8 are currently undergoing shaping.

Back Nine Holes – (10,11,12,13, 14, 15, 16,17 &18)

• Construction and handover of the holes complete
• 4 Golf tournaments hosted in Migaa to date
• Open for resident and guest golfers

Southern Boundary – 3.5 KMS: Erection of electric fence complete
